Get Notified of upcoming garage sales

Welcome, DECA Member!

DECA Offer21-year-old "college kid" shows you how you can make $200, $500, as much as $1000 a weekend doing something that's incredibly easy, lucrative and fun!

"Make Thousands Turning the Recession to *YOUR* Advantage"

Dear friend,

You are probably on this webpage because you saw our advertisement in DECA's Dimension's Magazine. First off, if you are looking to make money for yourself, make money for your chapter, learn more about business or gain experience – you have really come to the right place.

The best part is that you'll actually make more money in a bad economy because more people will want what you have to offer.

You may know from our ad in Dimension's Magazine but you're probably still curious what exactly you would be doing to make this money. Ok, I'll cut right to the chase.

Garage SaleYou're going to make money helping families conduct their own garage sales!

"What?" you say? Help people with their garage sales? “Why wouldn't a family just do it on their own and not have to pay someone?”

That's the biggest question I get. And the answer is simple: Families usually don't want to do their own garage sale, unless they have to. That's what I discovered!

Most families find it a pain to conduct their own garage sale. It takes time away from what they'd normally be doing. Usually, they're inexperienced at it. They don't know what to charge or feel uncomfortable bargaining with customers.

As a result, they close up shop early and leave money on the table. Their financial results are substantially less than they anticipated. And it's a shame, because it doesn't have to be that way.

Get Started

When you come along offering your services, you'll be seen as an expert. Someone who does garage sales professionally and knows the best ways to make more money. That's very attractive, especially to someone who doesn't want to have a garage sale in the first place.

Just so that you can appreciate the opportunity, let me give you a little bit of insight into how I do it.

Garage Sale TeamI’ve started to build this garage sale service idea out as a fully functioning business. While it started out with just me, myself and I, it's not a small one-man shop anymore.

At any point in time during the year, I have between 15 and 30 full-time and part-time people working for me. It's quite the operation I have going. And it's easy to run. It allows me the time to spend as I want.

I didn't know this when I started, but there are garage sales going on all the time. Most people think that this is a seasonal business where most of the business occurs during the summer.

That's simply not true, for most areas of the country. Like you, I initially thought the weather or time of season would be a factor. But after my first year inbusiness, I quickly realized external things like the weather just aren't an issue.

That said, summer is a popular time for garage sales, but if you pay close attention you'll see garage sales are happening all 12 months of the year. Even during the bleak winter season. Because one of the most popular reasons people have garage sales is because they are moving out of their house and they don't want to take stuff with them.

Garage SaleNow, I must tell you when I started, I was not particularly gifted at doing garage sales. I wasn’t a genius at it or anything. But what really opened my eyes was that I made money immediately even with my inexperience. That got me hooked and I kept learning more and more on how to take in more revenue and how to profit more.

But what really got me excited, was I started looking around and saw all the garage sales around the area. It was a real eye-opener to open the local newspaper and see dozens of classified ads advertising upcoming garage sales.

Today, my team and I are booked up for three months in advance. That's right! Three solid months!

I see no reason you can't do this as well and make a nice chunk of change in the process – especially with the training I am about to offer you.

Maybe I'm letting the cat out of the bag with what I'm telling you today. But what's really interesting is right now based upon my research, I am the ONLY person who's figured out how to make garage sales pay. And I'm definitely the only person who's training others how to do what I do.

You may have even seen my company (Grand Slam Garage Sales) in the news as we've been featured on Dr. Phil, Entrepreneur Magazine, PBS, About.com and many more. And if you type in 'garage sale company' or 'garage sale business' on Google, we are number one. I know how to start and run a successful garage sale business.

Get Started

And that's why I'm writing you today.

I know for a fact once you know how to do it, getting people to sign up for your garage sale service is easy. Conducting the garage sales is easy as well.

Garage SaleNow, there are some tips, tricks and traps I want to share with you. There are things that I've learned in the last seven years of conducting over 350 garage sales. They’ve made all the difference to my success. By the way, these are things that you won't find in a business book on Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble.

But trust me on this: You can do this. And you can do this successfully from day one.

And I also know for a fact, conducting other peoples’ garage sales is lucrative as well. It can turn into a full-time career like it did for me, if you're not careful. What's interesting is today I make quite a bit more than my college buddies, if they have a job at all right now. (And a few of them work for me.)

The nice thing is helping people with their garage sales is really fun! New opportunities show up at every engagement, allowing you to make even more money. Plus you can make great friends and acquaintances in the process.

Double your income by asking only one question? Yep, here's how I do it…

For instance, you can at minimum double your income by asking only one question. Here it is:

Garage SaleWhen you sit down to discuss the garage sale with a client, just ask them "Do you have any friends that would want to have a garage sale this weekend as well?" They will probably give you multiple names but just one name who hires you and you've already doubled your income for that weekend.

I hope you're beginning to see how easy it is to double a weekend’s income. All that's required is a little planning in advance.

There are other ways to leverage conducting garage sales once you have a bit of experience.

For instance, if someone doesn't want to have a garage sale, but has a big ticket item, you can sell the big ticket item for them through a few different avenues and take a commission.

I could go on in terms of all the possibilities available.

Get Started

But the beauty of this money making opportunity is that you can do this for yourself or do this with your chapter, and while you make money you will be gaining invaluable experience and business knowledge.

No one is going to tell you what to do or how to do it. You have complete freedom to set things up as you see fit. While you may start out small just to get the feel of things, your garage sale business can quickly grow to any level that's comfortable for you.

You'll have financial freedom and lifestyle freedom

In addition, you have the ability to work when you want, as much as you want. If you want to take off and spend some time with your girlfriend or boyfriend, nobody will ever say "No, you can't do that. Get to work." If you need to do homework or go out with friends for a night, well…you can.

Garage SaleFor once in your life, even during the worst recession on record, you'll have the money, time and freedom you want. And this is the perfect way to raise money for yourself and/or your DECA chapter. The recession is actually working to your benefit. Let me explain…

Let the recessionwork to your advantage…

What I've noticed is that as the recession has gotten worse and worse, and more and more people are being laid off, and as things get tight financially, people are always looking for ways to scrape up some money. One of the ways is for them to sell their stuff.

So they start to sell their stuff, little by little. And then they decide to host a garage sale. Now you'd think that they would want to keep all the money they make for themselves.

But that's not what happens.

It could be a pride thing, but they would prefer to have you conduct the garage sale for them. And they're willing to give you a piece of the action, for your time and effort.

The folks I've talked to say having a garage sale is inconvenient and they'd rather be doing something else. That's fine by me.

Whatever the reason for not wanting to conduct a garage sale themselves, I'm happy with it. I never knew how much money you can make helping people with their garage sales.

“How do I get paid?”

There are multiple ways you can charge for your services from flat fees to percentages and more. You will see all of your options and possibilities in the Garage Sale Business Kit. You will mostly be taking in cold hard cash as this is primarily a cash business.

Garage SaleOn top of running garage sales for people, there are various other ways to take in money including a commission for selling big items for someone when they don't have lots of items for a garage sale but still need helping selling a boat for example.

For instance, let's say they have a boat they want sold and it's a lot of money. $2000 let's say. Since they don’t have more items, it wouldn’t make sense for you to run a garage sale for them. So, you can work out a deal with them to find them a buyer. Instead of charging a 10% commission on the sale, you can charge 20%.

Can you begin to see how easy it is to pocket $200-$500 a weekend? Or run a few big sales and take in a few thousand for your DECA chapter quick. I'll tell you, it didn't take me long to figure out the possibilities. You just need to know what tosay, how to say it, when to say it and who to say it to.

And that's exactly what my new program does.

The other thing you can do with your garage sale service, is you can charge a fixed price, and no matter what's sold, you still make your money.

What's great about fixed price is the amount you'll be paid is locked in. There's no way you can lose.

Get Started

I've done it mulitple ways, and you will see in the kit all of the great options you have along with information on each option to help you choose how you want to charge your customers.

Since YOU are the one conducting the garage sale, you see what's being sold and how much it's being sold for. When the garage sale is over, you just tally up what was made and take your cut. Simple as that.

A little bit about me, Ben Weissenstein

Ben WeissensteinIn 2004, my mom had a garage sale and quickly realized there was a huge need for the service. She said, “Ben, you could start a business running garage sales for people. You could help a lot of people out and make money doing it.”

I did my research on the Internet and I discovered nobody else was doing this. So I put up a few flyers, and the rest is history.

My team and I at Grand Slam Garage Sales have been booked solid for the past two years. While I can say there is some demand for what we do, once prospects know our services are available, they're very curious about how it all works. And many move forward and engage us to do their garage sale for them. It's a service that once people know of, they become very excited and not only want to hire you but they want to tell their friends and family.

Go big or stay small – it doesn't matter! You'll still make great cash money consistently…

You can operate this business two different ways…

1. Here's the flexible, independent strategy: For some people, they can be rather intimidated by starting up a new business from scratch. They'd like to test the waters first.

It's understandable. I've discovered there's a lot that goes into starting up a business.

But when you conduct other people's garage sales, you don't have to start up a business! You can "test the waters" by just signing up a few garage sales and seeing if it appeals to you.

Get Started

Personally, I find there's nothing not to like about it. But if you're cautious or risk adverse, you may want to just do a couple and see how it turns out.

What's nice about this strategy is that you can take baby steps. That way, you don't have to make a large commitment upfront. You don't have to get mired down in paperwork and details.

Normally, it's an all cash business. Because that's how the garage sales are paid. You're just taking your cut.

Here's the second strategy: Some people I know are natural born entrepreneurs. A go whole hog on anything they get involved in.

For them, it would be unthinkable not to start up a business. Because they have big plans and they want to get there as fast as possible. This is probably you as you are a DECA member.

Garage SaleNormally, these types of entrepreneurs are looking for more ways to get more business in through the door. They hire others to conduct the actual garage sale. In your case, you can find staff easily through your fellow DECA members.

Either way, there's not much of an investment, if at all. And if you want to invest in things like a new computer, certain supplies, iPhone or an office or advertising, it can easily be paid for out of the profits you'll make.

If you're like me, and you really want to grow, you can start bringing in your friends and family to be employees. They'll like the extra income. And it's a lot more fun working with friends and family, isn’t it? Or of course, you can bring in your fellow DECA chapter members.

Here's what I've done…

I'm known as a pretty meticulous person. And when I discovered that conducting garage sales could be really lucrative, I started to document everything I was doing.

I started to create in my laptop a manual, an operations manual if you will, about exactly what I was doing to make money with garage sales.

People kept telling me how much of a need there is across the country for a garagesale service. I would and still do get emails from people not just from all over the country but from all over theworld asking for help with a garage sale or how to start a garage sale business.

I originally wanted to franchise the business. However, I realized that if I franchised I would have to charge a franchise fee of somewhere between $5,000 and $10,000 as well as royalties (percentages of profits.) On top of that, with a franchising model, the franchisees would have to run their garage sale business exactly as I say without any options. It was clear that there was a better model for success.

Garage Sale Biz KitSo, we created THE Garage Sale Business Kit. The kit is a very inexpensive way for people to start their own garage sale business while setting them up for success and giving them freedom. For example, you get to come up with your own name and based on your area and our suggestions, you get to choose how you want to charge for your services. And as for the kit fee, it’s NOTHING compared to what the franchise fee would have been. It’s not $10,000. It’s not $5,000. It’s not $1,000. Heck, it’s not even $100 with your DECA discount… As many people told me, I could charge a lot more because there were probably a lot of people who would be willing to learn how to conduct garage sales for others, but just didn't know where to get started.

I had never thought of that. But I'm sure they were right.

Get Started

As I started to do my research and see how frustrated people were trying to get a job ortrying to make money during this terrible recession, it became obvious to me that I had a solution to their problem.

But frankly, the operations manual was far too complex and really wasn't written for someone who was new to the business.

So I completely rewrote it, with you, the beginner, in mind.

Rather than have you get mired down in details, I wanted to see you hit the ground running and making money as soon as this weekend.

Garage SaleIn addition, I wanted to give you all the resources and tools I use everyday in my business. For instance, there are accounting forms which make tracking of the money a lot easier.

You absolutely have to track the money, because that's how you'll be paid. At the end of the garage sale, you tally up all the sales, take your cut and give your customer their cut. Cash money on the spot. Essentially you are giving them money, they don’t have to do a thing and they are getting rid of their unwanted items. Can you say happy customer?

I'll share with you these forms, tools and other resources. Frankly, given my detailedmind, I've left no stone unturned in having you be immediately successful, starting with your very first garage sale.

Here are just some of the major things you'll learn so that you can start making money helping people with their garage sales:

Your Biggest Question is Probably "How do I get business?" I covered this topic 10 ways to Sunday because if you don't sign up business then there's nothing to take a piece of the action of.

In most businesses, it's a struggle getting new clients and customers. Not with garage sales. Once people find out what you do, and you explain it as I'll show you, people will see the value of what you're offering and be eager to take the next step.

How to Prepare for the Garage Sale: Normally, I like to have as much influence and input into the actual garage sale as possible. For instance, the placement and boutiquing of the items for sale is crucial. If prospects can't find what they're looking for, they usually walk away as opposed to asking someone for help.

So that ends up being a lost sale, and costing everyone. Placing and positioning items to be sold is one of the most important aspects of conducting a garage sale. One you can't afford to ignore and all of the juicy details are in the Garage Sale Business Kit which you will have within a matter of seconds of purchasing.

Bargaining with the Prospects: In America, we are accustomed to having the price be "THE price". There are two places where that isn't true: 1) car dealerships 2) real estate and 3) garage sales.

While items will be priced out individually, prospects expect to dicker a little over the price.

Get Started

In the manual, I'll share my bargaining strategies. What's great is that one of the things people appreciate about me and my ability to conduct garage sales is that I can usually sell more, faster and at a higher price. So actually the customer appreciates the value added I'm bringing to the garage sale. You will learn all the tips and tricks to bargaining which you can do yourself or have your staff of family, friends, fellow DECA members or whoever you hire do the bargaining.

Promoting the Garage Sales: During the last couple of years, I've experimented with dozens of ways to get more people to my customer's garage sale. I've discovered what works and what doesn't. And I want to share that information with you.

Again, I want you to be immediately successful starting with your very first garage sale.

Garage SaleGetting Paid: Obviously, this is one of the most important topics. I believe I've encountered almost every situation when it comes to being paid. And I figured out the way to make sure I am always paid, 100% of the time.

It’s critical that you understand all of these topics. My goal is to give you animmediate "leg up." I want it to be easy for you, so that you don't have to go through the trial and error I did.

$1995 for this training program? No way – that's not what YOU’LL pay…

Now you may be wondering how much this training is going to cost. That’s a fair question.

When I was told that I was sitting on a gold mine and I decided not to franchise but to make a kit, they told me given what they saw in the value that it represents, I should still be able to charge at least $1995 for the training. I'm told people pay a lot to be involved in business opportunities, sometimes literally tens of thousands of dollars for training.

But when I heard that number, I couldn't believe it. My jaw dropped.

I mean I appreciated their show of support and optimism and the implied compliment it represented. But to be honest with you, even if I could charge $1000 for this training, I wouldn't do it. No way.

Why, you ask?

Well, here's how I see it and you're free to disagree with me.

I've decided to sell my training for just $67 (online copy) and $100 + Shipping and Handling (print copy). That's right. Just a fraction of what people think I could sell it for. And, since you're a DECA member you're automatically set to receive a special price which is $67 and you will be receiving the print copy with Free Shipping and Handling.

Here's my reasoning: I believe there are a lot of people who could stand to benefit from this training right nowespecially, and I just want to get it into their hands at the cheapest amount I can afford.

My goal is to help ambitious people who are out of work, I want to help struggling moms and dads, I want to help struggling students like myself previously. I want to help DECA chapters who need to raise money. I want to help high school and college students who would love to or need to get some extra money now.

For people like these, during times like these, for them to spend $1995, even if it made them $100,000, is just wrong. I'd be price gouging, and I won't have any ofthat.

Get Started

For just $67, you get the complete training program where I hold nothing back. Plus,I'll give you my forms, resources and tools I've developed for you to get started immediately. In addition, I've also included the following valuable bonuses:

Bonus #1: Conducting Garage Sales – Video Training– Value $197: After I got done rewriting the manual for newcomers, I shared it with a few friends.

And one of the important pieces of feedback I got was that the whole training would be better if it was also available on video.

So that's what I've done. I've converted everything I know about this business and put it on video. There are 10 videos which, if you're like me, you can power through in an afternoon or an evening.

I put my heart into these videos, and made them as professional as I could. These are me on those videos, not some voiceover guy. I wanted you to hear about this business from the horse’s mouth.

Bonus #2: Garage Sale Business Webinar– Value $97: Recently I conducted a webinar for people just like you, just getting started in the business.

In the invitation, I encouraged them to submit the biggest question they still had about being in the garage sale business. All in all, I collected and received about 20 different questions. I recorded the webinar and I am offering it to you as a bonus today.

I think you'll find that your experience is not that much different than others. And unless I miss my guess, you'll have similar questions.

Plus as a part of this bonus, when I decide to have follow-up webinars, you'll be invited to those as well.

Bonus #3: E-mail Access to Me – Value $297: When preparing this product for market, I tried to put myself in your shoes. I tried to think about your biggest challenges, issues, problems, etc.

I came to the conclusion I’ll never know enough about you and your situation to be able to answer every question in advance. So here's what I did…

When you sign up today I'll share with you a special e-mail address dedicated to answering your specific and personal questions about how to conduct profitable garage sales.

With this e-mail address, you'll have no reason to let success slip through your fingers. Or make less money than you deserve. Via e-mail, I'll respond to your question and coach you on specifically what I would do in your situation.

I wish when I got started in this business that I had someone that I could turn to that understood what I was up against. But I'm willing to spend the time and help you get started.

"Is there a guarantee?"

Hopefully, by now I've proven to you how much I want to see you succeed. Either through the information I'm providing. Or the personal attention. Or the attractive pricing.

I've tried to do everything in my power to eliminate 100% of the risk in terms of you stumbling, especially in the beginning.

But now I want to go one step farther...

Online ToolsI want to give you 60 days, two solid months, to put my program to the test. During that time, I strongly believe you'll be able to conduct multiple garage sales.

That means during those two months, if you aren’t profiting and signing people up for garage sales, I’ll give you your money back – no questions asked.

I'll Be Your “Garage Sales Coach”…

With the training and the personal attention you're about to receive, you should do very well financially.

Again, the goal of including these bonuses is that you "get it." I want you to understand the opportunity this represents for you to get into this business easily and start making money immediately.

For just $67, I'll share everything I know with you about this business. Not only will I share everything I currently know, but as we move forward together and I learn even more things that canhelp you, I'll share those strategies and tactics with you too.

Unlike other ways to make money or businesses to start up, this one's pretty much a no-brainer. Put out a few flyers, send out a few emails or make a few calls, and you're in business. I'll tell you exactly what to say in the program.

In closing, there are two things that practically force people to improve their lives: Inspiration and desperation.

Even though we are in a tight economy, and you may be struggling financially or you just need to make money for your DECA chapter, I hope that my message is one of inspiration. One where you see possibility, in what I am offering you.

Helping people conduct their garage sales is not the most glamorous of businesses. But I know for a fact, it can more than pay the bills or greatly help your DECA chapter.

Imagine making a few calls and being booked up with garage sales for weeks. Now let me ask you a question: What are you going to do the rest of the week? What other projects do you have in the works? Or would you prefer to take that getaway vacation you've been thinking about? Or would you like to buy that new ____? Or would you like to make money for your DECA chapter so y'all can ____?

Get Started

After you get a little experience under your belt, this scenario isn't just possible – it's a certainty. Once you understand the process, you'll be able to do what I do easily.

I urge you to take advantage of my $67 “everything’s included” price. I sincerely believe you'll find no better money making opportunity that:

  • Allows you to get started making money immediately with an extremely low investment…
  • Gives you the ability to provide a truly unique, one-of-a-kind service with no competition…
  • Allows you to keep your business small or grow it as large as you want…

And if by remote chance, my garage sale training program and valuable bonuses don't live up to 1) everything I've said above, or 2) maybe more importantly, your expectations of the program, go ahead and hit me up for a refund. You have two full months to decide whether or not conducting garage sales is right for you. It’s more than enough time to put my program to the test.

I can't be any fairer than that.

It may sound like a cliché, but in this particular case, if you work the plan, the plan will work – and based upon my personal experience, work like gangbusters.

So go ahead, and give garage sales a try. Just click the Add to Cart button below, and let's get started. There's no better time to get started making money than right now.

Not Your Normal Business Opportunity…

I know it's a sleeper of an opportunity and you probably haven't heard of it before. That's because it has nothing to do with normalbusiness opportunities like multi-level marketing, direct sales, Internet marketing or buying a franchise.

And personally, I'm not your normal “business opportunity” marketer. I'm just a guy who's figured out how to make money for everyone involved with garage sales. I want to share what I've learned with people who are struggling or people who need quick cash right now. People who need it most.

My training has the ability to take away a lot of financial pain right now. It can be done without a lot of time, effort or investment.

You can get started as soon as today and begin validating my methods for yourself. Sure, *I* know they work, but after just a little bit of training, I want you to know they work too.

Six Figures in Six Days?

I've done my research, and I see a lot of business opportunities that promise six figures in six weeks, or six figures in six days even. I don't know whether to believe those or not.

What I can promise is that if you do what I ask in the training, you will make money, you will get customers and you will get referrals. How much money? That all depends on you and the specific garage sale you’re conducting. I hope you can see that.

So the only way to know how much money you can make, is by clicking the Add to Cart button below and putting it to the test.

Maybe you won't make six figures in six days, but I see no reason why you can't pay the rent bill, or put gas in your car or go to the grocery store and stock your cupboards with food. Maybe even have one of those special nights out with your wife or girlfriend or husband or boyfriend. Or of course raise money for your DECA chapter to help your entire chapter go to an event in a different state.

Your decision is an easy one…

In the end, it's up to you. Ultimately, with garage sales you can make as much as you want. Almost on demand.

But you have to get started someplace. And there's no better time than right now. Go ahead, and click the Add to Cart button now.

Warmly,

Ben Weissenstein
